Alesa Glazier, CPCC, ACC
While considering retirement it became clear to me that I wanted
to continue to work with people at a higher level of passion,
personal growth and awareness. I searched many options and found the coaching profession was perfect for me. It connected my spiritual passion
and desire to help others.
I am certified as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI); the largest accredited training school in
the
world: www.thecoaches.com. I'm also a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF):
www.coachfederation.org.
I have an additional 200 hours of training in CTI’S Co-Active Leadership program. A program designed to build my passions
and
natural strengths as a leader.
I have a background in Counseling, Domestic Violence, and
Client Advocacy. I have developed interactive workshops to address
diversity issues. I have been instrumental in bringing people of opposite opinion to a mutual respect and
understanding of each other. My love of people and the diverse gifts they bring to the world
and to each other, has been my purpose in life.
